Tocana de porc cu cartofi natur
2 fine choped onios
1 fine choped carrot
500 g of cube choped pork
1 kg potatoes
1 table spoon of parsley
half a tea spoon of calamint
half a tea spoon of paprika

Stew the onions and carrot in a small amount of oil, when it's done you put the meat ad some water just to cover the meat salt and peper as needed. Leave it to simmer with a lid until the meat is done. When the meat is done lift the lid put the calamit and leave it o heat until most of the water evaporates.
In another pot put the cleaned potatoes (cleaned from dirt not skin) water on top and a teaspoon of salt and boil them. After they are boiled take the skin of and chop intro smal cubes. Put the potatoe cubes in another pot ad salt if necesary peper, the parsley, paprika and a little oil. Mix them with a spoon and put the pot in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes just to get a little brown color.
